Patti Brotherton is a nationally recognized consultant, author, and speaker.  She is founder and president of PAB Performance Partners which is dedicated to helping individuals and companies achieve higher levels of success.

During her thirty-four year real estate career she was named the top sales associate in the nation four years running  with a major franchise firm—averaging over 100 sales per year (and working only nine months out of the year full time).  Patti has managed nine different offices bringing them to top performance in the state, both in California and Florida.  The last office she managed was named Number Nine in the country regardless of size with a major franchise firm—her agents average $10,000,000 in sales per agent in 2007.

She has served on many committees and boards of professional organizations, created several business training tapes and written many articles for different venues on the Internet as well as professional magazines.  As of this date she has over 100 articles circulating around the web or in print.

Being involved in community arts programs and service organizations have always been an important part of Patti’s life.  She has served on symphony and orchestra boards as well as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Alzheimer’s Association committees and is a leader in her local church.

She is known for having lots of irons in the fire at one time, but really she is just a goal setter.  Her latest book is about goal setting for your life—not just career.  She is working on a new book about  putting the “fun” in Alzheimer’s.  She has first-hand experience with that with both her parents suffering from the disease and being responsible for them the last seven years.  She believes that putting a smile on their faces is more important than how it hurts us that they can’t remember who we are.
